Looking for affordable summer employee housing in Petoskey? 麻豆US Michigan College, located on Howard Street near the heart of downtown Petoskey, offers convenient summer rentals in our residence hall from mid-May to mid-August.

We provide 80 rooms, suitable for single or double occupancy, complete with essential furnishings such as twin beds (bring your own bed linens and towels), desks, chairs, and wardrobe closets/dressers. Each room shares a bathroom with an adjoining suite, perfect for students, interns, or seasonal employees.

Affordable Summer Housing Rates:

Long-Term Rental (30 days or more):

• Double occupancy: $28 per person, per night
• Single occupancy: $35 per person, per night

Short-Term Rental (fewer than 30 days*):

• $55 per night (limited availability, based on long-term booking demand)

*Please note: There is a two-night minimum for each reservation.
